FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

The things people ask before they call. If yours is not here, ask it on the phone — you will get an answer, not a script.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Stockbridge and cover metro Atlanta and the I-75 south corridor — Henry County (Stockbridge, McDonough, Hampton, Locust Grove), the south and east metro (Jonesboro, Riverdale, Morrow, Conyers, Covington), and straight down I-75 through Jackson, Griffin, Forsyth and into Macon. Not sure if you’re in range? Call and ask.

Do you handle commercial work as well as homes?

Yes. Alongside residential heating and cooling, we service offices, retail spaces and rental portfolios across the metro area — the same diagnosis-first standard on every job, house or building.

Will you try to sell me a whole new system?

No. We diagnose first, every time, and repair whenever a repair is the honest answer. You’ll never be pushed into a new system you don’t actually need.

Another company told me it couldn’t be fixed. Can you take a look?

Yes — that’s a call we get often. Before we agree a system is done, we want to see it for ourselves. Sometimes it really is time to replace it, but it’s surprising how often there’s still a real fix on the table.

Do you clean air ducts?

Yes. Air duct cleaning and indoor air quality are a core part of what we do — dust, dander and allergens settle in ductwork and then get pushed back through every room in the house. We clean the system out so your air handler is moving clean air.

How quickly can you get to me?

It depends on the day and where you’re located, but we move fast. Call and we’ll give you an honest timeframe — not a runaround.

Who actually shows up?

A McGrath technician. This is an owner-operated company, so the people who diagnose your system are accountable to the name on the truck — not a dispatcher farming the job out.

Can I text you instead of calling?

Yes — call or text the same number. Tell us what the system is doing and you’ll get a straight opinion on what it probably is before anyone drives out. It’s usually the fastest way to an answer, and sometimes it saves you a visit altogether.

Still have a question?

Call and ask. You will get a straight answer — including when the honest answer is that you do not need us yet.
