Rooftop HVAC curb being set on a commercial building

For your building

Commercial HVAC

Rooftop units, split systems and scheduled maintenance for offices, retail and rental portfolios. Property managers across the Atlanta area keep McGrath on speed dial for a reason.

Commercial HVAC

One team you can
actually rely on.

No dispatcher, no rotating techs, no explaining your building from scratch every visit. The same team learns your properties and comes back to them.

Show up. Diagnose the problem correctly. Tell you the truth. Make the repair at a fair price. That’s the standard on every commercial job, whether it’s a single rooftop unit or a whole portfolio.

Property managers keep us on speed dial because we’re consistent — the same team, the same standard, call after call.

How commercial work runs here

Small commercial, done
by the people who show up.

No branch office, no account manager, no ticket queue. There is one number, and a real person answers it.

Rooftops and split systems

Most of the small-commercial stock along this corridor runs on packaged rooftop units and light split systems — strip retail, small offices, rental houses, multi-unit buildings. It is equipment that sits outside through a Georgia August, gets no attention at all until the day it stops, and then stops on the hottest afternoon of the year with people underneath it.

The maintenance is the job

On a portfolio, the difference between a line item and a crisis is mostly timing. Coils load up with dirt on a schedule you can predict. Capacitors and contactors wear on a schedule you can predict. Drain lines block in the same months every year. A unit somebody looked at before the season is far less likely to become a phone call during it.

You’re not managing a vendor

McGrath is owner-operated, so the person who learns your buildings is the person who comes back to them. No dispatcher in the middle, no rotating tech who has never seen the unit, no explaining again which roof hatch is the one that opens — call after call, property after property.

Reviews

What building owners are saying.

Real reviews from Google, word for word.

McGrath Mechanical is my go to choice for HVAC repairs and installation. As a property manager of properties all over the Atlanta area, I need a reliable HVAC source that will show up, diagnose the problem correctly, tell me the truth and make the repair at a reasonable cost. McGrath does exactly that! New system installations are efficient and affordable as well. I highly recommend James at McGrath Mechanical!

If he says he will be there then he will. James is fast, reliable, and gets the job done. I thought I needed a new unit but that wasn’t the problem. After about 30 minutes he had us up and running again. Any questions I had he was able to give me an answer. Highly recommend

Do you handle commercial work as well as homes?

Yes. Alongside residential heating and cooling, we service offices, retail spaces and rental portfolios across the metro area — the same diagnosis-first standard on every job, house or building.

How quickly can you get to me?

It depends on the day and where you’re located, but we move fast. Call and we’ll give you an honest timeframe — not a runaround.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Stockbridge and cover metro Atlanta and the I-75 south corridor — Henry County (Stockbridge, McDonough, Hampton, Locust Grove), the south and east metro (Jonesboro, Riverdale, Morrow, Conyers, Covington), and straight down I-75 through Jackson, Griffin, Forsyth and into Macon.
